R&D Hub Operation Manager

Ensure Sanofi has the license to operate R&D in China. • Promoting changes and piloting the transformation of R&D in China, to ease the implementation of global R&D strategy, to contribute to the visibility and the recognition of R&D China excellence, and to support all communications with relevant stakeholders within the China Affiliate. • Leading the development and implementation of new ways of working across R&D and beyond to improve productivity, optimize cross-functional processes and reduce bureaucracy so that R&D teams work in a highly efficient environment. • Developing good and efficient interfaces with key partners such as ITS, Legal, Finances, HR, Procurement, Compliance, Security, HSE, in order to improve R&D and Sanofi performance in China. • Ensure the coordination with the SIBR Site Head on the above mentioned topics, in collaboration with China R&D SLT and Business Partners. • Manage the capacity and allocation of BS contractors, ensure end of the year evaluation with provider(s). Follow up the China Hub Budget. • Represent R&D to any Crisis Management Committee. • Promoting compliance awareness, quality, and data integrity with a particular emphasis on Global Research Practices Federating and engaging R&D community, support integration of new comers, favour sharing of best practices Foster the learning experience through the use of Sanofi R&D Institutes. • Manage the agenda of the China R&D Operation Committee, and ensure execution of decisions. • Participate as a co-leader to the community of Core Managers. • Lead R&D engagement activities.
