Supply Chain Director

To provide leadership and oversight to the sales and business group to ensure provision of end to end customer support in following areas: 1) customer service; 2) demand planning and coordination; 3) Billing and Invoicing; 4) Sales team supporting; 5) Customer statement reconciliation to support and impact revenue growth, operating margins and driving to a culture of commercial operation excellence and customer service excellence. Coordinates between relevant internal and external parties and ensures timely and accurate execution of sales (lead-to-order) and, especially, delivery (order-to-cash) processes. This role will require collaboration and engagement with other internal functional teams and commercial leaders. And we are looking for a digital pioneer and efficiency champion to accelerate and improve the internal and external customer experience with a continuous process improvement mind set.
