Job Description: We are on the hunt for a seasoned software quality engineer (SQE) to join our dynamic team at Meituan Dianping. As a SQE, you will be essentially charged with maintaining the standard of software development by identifying, diagnosing, and rectifying software defects. You will work closely with software developers and project supports to ensure final versions of software meet quality standards and requirements. You will monitor, track, and document results of software performance analyses, check overall software tests, diagnose issues, convey risks, and report results to all parties involved. This position involves project management, sophistication, good judgment, and leadership skills. Job Requirements: 1. Possess a bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2. Proven working experience as a Software Quality Engineer or in a related field. 3. Outstanding technical skills in troubleshooting and problem-solving. 4. Extensive knowledge of software test design, test execution methodologies, and QA practices. 5. Proficient in software QA methodologies, tools, and processes, including Agile and Scrum. 6. Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. 7. Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases. 8. Strong knowledge of SQL and scripting would be beneficial. 9. Experience in performance and/or security testing is a plus. 10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory. Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely. 11. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to details. 12. Must be highly self-driven, a keen learner, team-oriented, and exhibit a high degree of flexibility and adaptability.
