1. Strategic HR management: Align human resource strategy with business unit goals throughout the organization.
2. Workforce planning and talent development: Design and implement programs to attract and retain world-class talent.
HR Compliance: Ensure all policies and procedures meet legal requirements and reflect current HR practices.
3. Employee Engagement and Culture: Foster a positive working environment to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
职位要求
1. At least 7-10 years of HR Leadership experience, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
2. Track record of delivering innovative HR strategies that have made a significant impact on business performance.
Experienced in managing a geographically dispersed HR team and dealing with complex HR issues.
3. Deep understanding of labor law and HR practices.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, including effective negotiation and influencing ability.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese to deal with management team both in China and abroad.
5. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; Master’s degree or HR Certification (like SPHR, SHRM-SCP) will be a plus.
