1. Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field; or equivalently significant experience in an executive role overseeing IT operations 2. At least ten years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of being a successful information leader. Experience in a consulting environment is preferred. 3. In-depth knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure, with an ability to manage the entirety of IT operations, strategy and employees 4. Strong skills in project management and team collaboration, with an ability to motivate teams and simultaneously manage several projects 5. Exceptional leadership skills, with a demonstrable capacity to build, guide and maintain a team of IT professionals 6. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proven ability in assessing business requirements and implementing effective technology solutions 7. Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with stakeholders at all levels, both in the written and verbal form. 8. High integrity and openness combined with commitment to good governance 9. Energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image 10. Familiarity with data privacy and security laws and a strong understanding of risk management practices and methods.
