职位描述

- Lead the finance team to optimize financial performance and strategic position. - Take control of the company’s forecasting process, providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts. - Evaluate and manage business risk, ensuring corporate compliance with all financial functions. - Develop and implement finance, accounting, billing, and auditing procedures. - Interact with venture partners , investment affiliates, board of directors and finance committee. - Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.

职位要求

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; an MBA, CPA or similar qualifications would be a significant advantage. - Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a senior financial managerial position. - Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization. - Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking. - Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP). - Ability to strategize and solve problems. - Strong leadership and organizational skills. - Fluent English and Mandarin language skills, both written and oral.
